Do not receive the photo you ordered?

No worries, we are here to help.  

 

There a few common possibilities: 

 

1/ You submitted your order after our deadline so it does not make it in time for the first batch. It will be in the 2nd batch we are sending to the school next week.. 

2/ You did not indicate the file name of the picture of your choice. We cannot process it since there are multiple poses and we are not sure which is the one you want. 

3/ The printout we received from the output service does not meet our Quality Control standard and we are waiting for a reprint. Due to the holiday closure we are not able to get them in time to deliver with the first batch. We apology for the delay.

No matter what the reason may be, it is best you report to us about the missing order so we can update you with the status.
