Use client testimonials to generate business

Potential customers care more about what other customers have to say about you over anything else. This is called social proof, and you’ll find that it plays an important role in all aspect of client persuasion in marketing your business to new clients.


With the Internet most consumers read reviews and research goods and services before they make a purchase decision. I read that research shows over 70% will look for information online before purchase, and 63% indicated that they are more likely to do business with a company if its site has reviews and testimonials.


So what are you going to do? Put client testimonial on your site? But there is the thing: Just because your customer testimonial is true, doesn’t mean people will believe it!


Fortunately, there are easy ways to improve your client testimonials’ credibility. In the past people will be satisfied with a photo and some text, but nowadays with the popular availability of video on the web, adding a video is the way to go.


First and foremost, clients have to be really happy about the result to be willing to be in the video. That speak loud about customer satisfaction, and how much they like your company, as well as the goods and services you provide. The following is a sample video we did for our client.
